Zizi Yu, MD

Dr. Zizi Yu graduated magna cum laude from Yale University with a double major in Ethics, Politics, and Economics and Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology. She attended Harvard Medical School, during which she completed research in cutaneous T cell lymphoma and supportive oncodermatology at Brigham & Women's Hospital. Her work has been recognized by the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Skin Association, the Massachusetts Medical Society, and the New York Academy of Medicine.

Following medical school, she completed her internship in internal medicine at Mount Auburn Hospital and her dermatology residency at Boston Medical Center. During her time in residency, she won the American Academy of Dermatology Quality Improvement Award, the DermMentors Resident of Distinction Award, and completed preceptorships through the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

Dr. Yu practices general dermatology with clinical interests including cutaneous oncology, psoriasis, eczema, patch testing, and surgical and non-surgical treatment of skin cancers and non-cancerous growths. Dr. Yu has authored over 30 peer-reviewed articles and presented her research at many national and international meetings.
