A testimonial is a statement describing your experience with our practice or our physicians that we can use on our web site or for other advertising purposes.  It helps our physicians to explain to other patients what services we offer, and it lets other patients, including potential patients, know how caring, knowledgeable, and experienced our physicians and staff are! 

Please include whatever you would like others to know about your experiences either with the physicians or with the office staff here at Dermatology and Skin Care Associates, P.C.

You may give an anonymous testimonial; however, it would be most helpful to be able to include some information about you (with your permission), such as a first name and last initial and the town you live in.  The more information you are willing to include, the more likely we are to select your testimonial!
